Worth It 2014
Danny Woodhead to return to New England!
Saturday, April 5, 2014
On Saturday, April 5, Danny Woodhead, his wife Stacia, and his mom Annette, along with Kirsten Watson, Nate Parks, and a host of other really great communicators, will gather for the Worth It conference being held at Bethany Church in Greenland, New Hampshire.
Great speakers, great workshops, great food, and a great venue to present God's great message about relationships that honor Him and each other.
Worth It is a day for parents and teens. We as parents need to know both God's word in this area and how best to encourage our teens. They need to hear a positive message on sexuality from us. Sex is great, it was God's idea, and it is worth the wait.
And, we're offering an all-expenses-paid Pizza Party for the youth and parents from the church with the most in attendance.
You are Worth It - God is Worth It - Purity is Worth It
Worth It is a one-day seminar designed to encourage and equip teens
and parents towards God's best in opposite-sex relationships.

Engagement Matters: Only one more session available this year
March 15-16, 2014
"It is so easy to get caught up in planning the wedding that you forget to continue building the relationship. Engagement Matters gave us a great chance to keep digging deeper into how to have a marriage that is not just ordinary, but extraordinary."
Engagement Matters is an experience designed to help engaged or pre-engaged couples confirm God's best for them in their relationship with each other, and to help equip couples for a marriage in which both God and one another are honored.
The goal in each session is to help couples come to a place of confirmation about the direction their relationship should take, as well as offering tools to help them start a life together. We hope you'll spread the word!

Keeping Up with Paul and Virginia
If you have followed Virginia on Facebook or on her blog, you'll know that she and her family bid a tearful farewell to her 86-year-old father, Rear Admiral Frank Collins, Jr., USN, Retired, who passed away on December 23, 2013. His love for Jesus Christ was the cornerstone of his life both personally and professionally. Paul and Virginia were able to be with him in his final days, and joined the extended family for a Celebration of Life service in San Diego on Dec. 26 before heading to Uganda for three weeks of ministry there. God's timing was so gracious.

Also, holding grandson Nathan Johnson!
Virginia also posted about their wonderful (but not always perfectly smooth) time in Uganda, and returned to the States in mid-January. Within 24 hours of landing, they were headed to Maine for the annual H.I.M. Family Getaway weekend (most attendees ever!) and then headed to Washington (state) to lead a number of marriage events for Moses Lake Alliance Church.
Most recently the Friesens have spoken in Maryland (last weekend), and Beverly, MA (this week), and are now headed out to the west coast for a speaking tour there.
Our webmaster works hard to keep the online H.I.M. calendar up to date, so please check it regularly to see if you can find and attend an event in your area. How delighted Paul and Virginia would be to see you!
Whether you are able to see Paul and Virginia in person from time to time or not, we thank you for supporting their ministry so faithfully. Thank you for your prayers for them and for their family, and thank you for your ongoing dedication to apply their teaching and sacrificially love and serve your own precious family. You, too, are light to a watching world.
